Data access
Support verifies that you control the account before explaining how to submit a data access request. Updates remain in your Support email thread after you send it.
Correction
Editable details can be reviewed in Profile → Personal. Some verified or retained details require Support instead.
Email choice
The signed-in control stops promotional email. Transactional and service messages may continue. There is no self-service resubscribe; Support can say whether restoration is available.
Account deletion
Self-service deletion is available in the Hall only when the server confirms the capability. Fresh verification is required. Records required by law may remain restricted under the retention policy.
